Once an order is placed, we produce and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders can be shipped directly to the address you specify, or you may choose to pick them up from our facility.
For resellers and online store owners, we can also drop-ship orders directly to your customers using either your shipping labels or ours. This allows you to focus on sales while we handle production and fulfillment.

All customers start as Silver Members. Your membership level is automatically updated each month based on your order volume from the previous month.

• Silver Member: Default membership level for all new customers.

• Gold Member: Achieved by placing $1,000 or more in orders during a calendar month. To maintain Gold status, you must place at least $750 in orders each following month.

• Platinum Member: Achieved by placing $3,000 or more in orders during a calendar month. To maintain Platinum status, you must place at least $2,000 in orders each following month.

Membership levels are reviewed and updated monthly based on the total value of orders placed during the previous calendar month.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on weekdays typically ship in 1-3 business day. Larger orders may take longer. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time.

No, we don’t have any minimum order limits. You can order as little as one item. However, we do offer special discounts for bulk or volume orders.

Yes, you can pick up your order once you receive the pickup notification. Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
